Prediker 2:17

SV	Daarom haatte ik dit leven, want dit werk dacht mij kwaad, dat onder de zon geschiedt; want het is al ijdelheid en kwelling des geestes.
WLC	וְשָׂנֵ֙אתִי֙ אֶת־הַ֣חַיִּ֔ים כִּ֣י רַ֤ע עָלַי֙ הַֽמַּעֲשֶׂ֔ה שֶׁנַּעֲשָׂ֖ה תַּ֣חַת הַשָּׁ֑מֶשׁ כִּֽי־הַכֹּ֥ל הֶ֖בֶל וּרְע֥וּת רֽוּחַ׃
Trans.	wəśānē’ṯî ’eṯ-h^aḥayyîm kî r^a‘ ‘ālay hamm^a‘ăśeh šenn^a‘ăśâ t^aḥaṯ haššāmeš kî-hakōl heḇel ûrə‘ûṯ rûḥa:

AC	יז ושנאתי את החיים--כי רע עלי המעשה שנעשה תחת השמש כי הכל הבל ורעות רוח
ASV	So I hated life, because the work that is wrought under the sun was grievous unto me; for all is vanity and a striving after wind.
BE	So I was hating life, because everything under the sun was evil to me: all is to no purpose and desire for wind.
Darby	And I hated life; for the work that is wrought under the sun was grievous unto me; for all is vanity and pursuit of the wind.
ELB05	Da haßte ich das Leben; denn das Tun, welches unter der Sonne geschieht, mißfiel mir; denn alles ist Eitelkeit und ein Haschen nach Wind. -
LSG	Et j'ai haï la vie, car ce qui se fait sous le soleil m'a déplu, car tout est vanité et poursuite du vent.
Sch	Da haßte ich das Leben; denn mir mißfiel das Tun, das unter der Sonne geschieht; denn es ist alles eitel und ein Haschen nach Wind.
Web	Therefore I hated life; because the work that is wrought under the sun is grievous to me: for all is vanity and vexation of spirit.
